Membership

Membership in the Saint Andrew's Society is open to men of Scottish birth or ancestry. Applicants for membership must demonstrate lineal descent from a forebear born in Scotland and must be sponsored by two members of the Society. The Membership Committee will assist applicants who are not acquainted with members.

An application form (MS Word format) may be downloaded here.
Alternatively, you may contact the Membership Chairman at membership_request@saintandrewsociety.org.

Persons who are not eligible for membership but who have an interest in the Society's activities may receive the Society's Newsletter for a nominal charge.

The Member Relations Committee provides outreach to those members who, for whatever reason, would benefit by contact from the Society. The Committee's goal is to maintain contact with those Society members who are ailing, in the hospital for surgery, or need some type of assistance from the Society. At any time you become aware of a member with special needs or who has been hospitalized, please inform the Committee. Also, please contact the Committee if your have any suggestions for its activities. You may e-mail the Committee at stas-dc-outreach@thecapitalscot.com.
